Vendors are invited to participate in the Main Event, June 21, 2025, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Applications will be taken through January 31, 2025. You will be notified by Feb. 15 if you are accepted or not. Please do not call or email about your status.

Are you a good fit for Lavender Festival?

Lavender Festival is an herb fair. We focus on artisan crafts, health, local food, gardening, and the culinary, medicinal, decorative, and personal care uses of Lavender and other herbs.

  • We accept the following types of vendors/groups:

    • Artisan Crafts - Must be made by the artist submitting the application. These will be juried for quality and creativity.

    • Food Trucks & Tents - Think homemade, fresh and local breakfast & lunch foods. No junk food or sodas are allowed (this festival celebrates health & the environment).

    • Boutiques - Limited, but we do accept a few, especially if products are environmentally friendly or especially creative.

    • Nonprofit Booths - Nonprofits that wish to sell items must fit within the guidelines of Boutiques. Organizations that wish to promote their missions MUST serve the festival in some way (a children’s activity, working parking, etc.)

    • Commercial & National Chains (Insurance, home improvement, travel etc.) must apply as a sponsor - Please see sponsor information.

    • Musicians - We have two stages, and all positions are paid. We’re looking for family-friendly, positive, upbeat music.

    • Sponsors - Our sponsors have a unique opportunity to interact with 25,000 visitors from across the Southeast U.S. Read More.

    All products must be included in your application. Vendors selling unapproved products will be dismissed.

  • Payment will be due at the time of acceptance by early February via credit card. Prices vary with the type of booth and payment plan selected, and all are listed on the application. Food trucks have the option of a 3-month payment plan.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel by March 31, we will refund your payment, minus a $25 jury fee. If you cancel April 1-30, we will refund the application fee minus a $50 jury fee. No refunds after April 30, 2025. Please do not apply if you are not sure you can attend.

💜 No SODAS may be sold at the festival, period. We are a health-focused festival.

💜 NO PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES may be sold at the festival. We are an environmentally-focused festival. Aluminum water bottles are allowed, and all Food vendors will be given 2 cases of official Lavender Festival water bottles (no charge), which you may sell for $3 each. Plus, you may order more in the spring, or bring your own aluminum-packaged brand.

💜Non-food VENDORS MAY NOT sell or give away food or drinks.

💜 Look festive! Spaces are 10’ x 10’.  Festival colors are lavender and sage green. The look we are going for is festive, yet refined…natural, peaceful, herbal.

💜 Set up is on a rotating schedule (Friday, June 20 after 6:30 p.m., and Saturday 5 a.m. You will receive notification of when you should come.
